Michael began his insurance career with and James Greene & Associates in the fall of 2017. For the first four years he worked in the office in the Underwriting Department & served as a Bi-Vocational Youth Minister. In 2022, Michael moved into the field and became a Client-Relations Executive and began to strengthen the partnerships with churches and other businesses that the agency already serviced all while continuing to serve as a Bi-Vocational Youth Minister. Earlier in 2023, God called Michael and his family to uproot from Central Arkansas and plant new roots in Florence Mississippi where ne now serves as the Territory Manager for the southern region of Mississippi. Michael is proudly married to his wife Rebecca and has a son, Fletcher. In his spare time, he loves watching college sporting events, landscaping, and spending time with the family.
Ron joined the JGA team in 2016 and brings with him 6 years in the insurance industry with a strong background in churches/related ministries. Ron attended Bible School where he studied theology, traveled with the choral group, and most importantly, met his wife of 29 years. He believes these experiences have led him to “serve those that serve others.” Ron understands the challenges that face today’s ministries and receives great joy from being able to offer solutions designed specifically for ministries. Ron is an Elder with his local church and has a passion for missions with special focus on the Haiti Well Project. When he is not visiting with church leadership, he enjoys travel, time on the golf course, hunting, riding his motorcycle, and spending time with his family.
Nathan began his career with James Greene & Associates in the spring of 2007. Over the years he has created many new partnerships with churches and other businesses all over northeastern Arkansas and western Tennessee as well as cultivated deeper relationships with existing clients. He has been in the insurance industry since 2006 and finds the industry extremely rewarding as he partners with businesses and churches in protecting them from losses. In 2013, he earned the CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) designation. He is married to the beautiful Jenny Beth McCallum and has three children. In his spare time, he loves sports, reading, and spending time with family.
Jonathan is a native Houstonian, living in the fourth largest city in the U.S. for over thirty years. His insurance experience began in 2002, working with Farmers Insurance Group. His family has owned a private Montessori school in Southwest Houston for twenty years, where he assisted with operations and execution of all daily activities. In 2008, he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Technology Leadership & Supervision from the University of Houston. He is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish fluently. In his spare time, he enjoys home improvement projects, graphic design, spending time with his family, and following the Houston Rockets, Houston Texans and the Houston Dynamo.
Chuck has 12 years of insurance industry experience, including his 8 years with James Greene and Associates. He has owned and operated an insurance agency for American Family Insurance, as well as working for Millennium Information Services, an underwriting services company. Prior to his experience in the insurance industry, he worked in operations management for UPS in a small package delivery center. Chuck received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Missouri Western State University. He also earned his Certified Insurance Counselor designation from the in 2015. Chuck is a life-long resident of northwest Missouri. His family includes his wife, Laura, and their boys, Conrad and Caden. Chuck serves in a leadership role for his local church, and serves on the board of IANEKAMO Bible Camp. He is also involved in various volunteer activities including disaster relief and land and wildlife conservation work. In his down time, Chuck enjoys spending time with his family, working on their small farm, and enjoying outdoor pursuits.
Roger joined James Greene & Associates in 2005. He has over twenty five years of insurance experience, with many of those years being spent as an independent agency owner. Roger loves spending time with family and taking care of his customers.
Eric came to James Greene & Associates with a strong background in the insurance and financial industries. His experience includes specialization in the small to medium-sized business market. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance from the University of Arkansas and his Masters of Business Administration from Webster University. When he is not working, Eric enjoys spending time with his daughter Cleo.
Holding a bachelor's in Business Administration from MS State, Dustin Carrell began his career with James Greene & Associates in April of 2019. Dustin's industry experience includes managing Property and Casualty insurance for hospitality, service, and contracting organizations throughout the State of Mississippi. He enjoys playing golf, spending time in the gym with his wife, and being outdoors.
Preston Kelso began his career with James Greene & Associates in February 2020. Preston’s industry experience includes managing Property and Casualty insurance for hospitality, service, and contracting organizations throughout the State of Arkansas. He is a graduate of Central Baptist College in Conway, ARK. (B.A.) and the Baptist Missionary Association Theological Seminary (M.Div), and has served in pastoral ministry since 2012. Preston is passionate about serving the Church and non-profit organizations, both as a minister of the Gospel and as a trusted advisor for insurance and risk management. He enjoys traveling, spending time with his beautiful family, theological research and writing, and being outdoors.
Brandon Smith has been dedicated to serving the commercial insurance needs of East and South East Arkansas since 2008. With certifications as a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and a Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Brandon brings expertise and a commitment to excellence to his clients, emphasizing tailored solutions and attentive service.
Outside of work, Brandon is actively involved in his community, serving as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) for children in foster care and as the public address announcer for his local high school football team. He resides in Des Arc, AR, with his wife Amy, sharing a passion for sports, outdoor activities, and community engagement.
Randy joined the JGA family in May of 2020. Coming from a pastor’s home and as a former minister, he has a unique perspective on what ministers and churches face on a daily basis. He has a near 20 year history of ministry, sales, insurance, customer service, and operations management. He’s a native of Michigan, but resides in Jackson, TN. He received his MBA from Union University, where he served as an Adjunct Professor for nearly a decade. He has been recognized and received awards for leadership and sales. He has two daughters that attend high school and college in the west TN area. He and his daughters attend Englewood Baptist Church regularly. He is highly active in serving the west TN area on numerous boards and committees. He enjoys most all sports (particularly college football), serving his community, traveling, networking, socializing, and spending time with family and friends.Â

Outside of work, Stephen loves to travel, watch sports, and hunt. He has been happily married to his wife, Hannah, for two years, and they are expecting their first child. They also enjoy the company of their Dalmatian and five chickens. A favorite Bible verse that Stephen often lives by is Lamentations 3:22: "The steadfast love of the LORD never ceases; his mercies never come to an end."
