Jeff Brantly
CEO
Jeff graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and moved to Arkansas to accept a position with Entergy Corporation. During his years with Entergy Corp., Jeff held several positions which included managerial responsibility. In 1996, the agency founder, Jim Greene, asked Jeff to join James Greene & Associates as an agent. Jeff accepted the position. In the subsequent years, Jeff worked in customer service, information systems & technology, and finance and administration. In 2002, he assumed the position of agency president, and in September of 2015, he became Chief Executive Officer. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family and outdoor activities.

Kurt Hetherington

President
Kurt started his career with James Greene & Associates in 1994. His first position was as an agent in western Tennessee. He also served in middle Tennessee and areas in Arkansas. Kurt was then promoted to Sales Manager. In 2008, he took the position of Vice President of Sales & Marketing, and then in July of 2015, Executive Vice-President. Most recently, he was promoted to President by the CEO, Jeff Brantly. He earned the CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) designation in 1997 and the CRM (Certified Risk Manager) designation in 2009. He has also earned the CPIA (Certified Professional Insurance Agent) designation from Professional Insurance Agents. Kurt is a past board member and president of Professional Insurance Agents of Arkansas (PIAAR). He currently serves on the board of the Arkansas Insurance Hall of Fame and the president of the Association of Christian Childcare Administrators. In 2013, he was the recipient of the Randy Henry Excellence in Service Award. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Kurt also received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Western Michigan University. When he is not working, Kurt enjoys spending time with his family, as well as watching and playing sports.

Natalie came to James Greene & Associates in 2009 with over ten years of customer service experience. She holds a multiline insurance license and has earned her CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) and CPIA (Certified Professional Insurance Agent) designations. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Central Arkansas. She was named the JGA Outstanding Customer Service Representative in 2010, and again in 2014. In January 2015, Natalie was promoted from Account Manager to Senior Underwriting Assistant, and then in September of 2015, she was promoted to Client Service Manager. Outside of work, Natalie enjoys spending time with her family.

Outside of work, Brandon is actively involved in his community, serving as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) for children in foster care and as the public address announcer for his local high school football team. He resides in Des Arc, AR, with his wife Amy, sharing a passion for sports, outdoor activities, and community engagement.

Kim Elliott is the Senior Underwriting Department Manager, holding professional designations of CIC, CISR, and CPIA. She is passionate about creating an encouraging environment for her team, helping them grow in their insurance knowledge and expertise, and assisting agents in achieving their sales goals.
Kimberly considers her team and the agents she works with as her customers. She puts God first in her personal and professional life, striving to live in a way that makes Him proud. Her trustworthiness, honesty, and dependability are cornerstones of her work ethic, as she works as though for the Lord and not for man.
Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys camping, hiking, and playing disc golf with her husband, Vince. She is also a proud mother to her son, Matthew, and new daughter-in-law, Bethany. A fun fact about Kimberly is that she arrives at church an hour early on Sundays to have her own worship service while listening to the praise team warm up.

Michael Dicus joined James Greene & Associates in 2017 and serves as an agent for the Southeast Arkansas territory. Having grown up in a ministry family and previously served as a youth minister, Michael understands the many responsibilities carried by those who serve the church.
His faith plays an important role in the way he serves his clients. Michael feels called not only to help ministries navigate their insurance needs, but also to encourage, support, and pray for the people behind those organizations. He relies on the Lord for guidance in identifying the ministries and businesses he can help and determining how he can best serve them.

Nathan is passionate about helping ministries protect their ability to continue that purpose when the unexpected happens. He understands the heart behind ministry work and wants to make sure churches and organizations are prepared to keep serving their communities even when disaster strikes.
