Janice joined James Greene & Associates in 1998, and has worked in a variety of roles within the agency. She has served as vice president of underwriting since 2003 and has over thirty years of management and human resource experience. Janice also has ten years experience as a tax auditor for the state of Arkansas. Janice holds a CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) designation from the National Alliance. She has also earned the CPIA (Certified Professional Insurance Agent) designation from Professional Insurance Agents. Prior to joining James Greene & Associates, she worked in ministry at her local church.

Michael Kramer II, AIC, AIS
VP of underwriting & agency relations
Michael Kramer II serves as Vice President of Underwriting and Agency Relations at James Greene & Associates, joining the agency in 2026. He holds the Associate in Insurance Services (AIS) and Associate in Claims (AIC) designations and is currently participating in the Colson Fellows Program.
Michael is passionate about teaching, training, and building long-term relationships rooted in trust. As a leader, his goal is to lead in a Christ-like manner regardless of his role or position. He approaches his work with transparency, honesty, and a genuine desire to consider the interests of others alongside his own.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys reading, teaching, and restoring.

Natalie Holderfield, CIC, CISR, CPIA, shrm-cp
Vice President of Operations
Natalie came to James Greene & Associates in 2009 with over ten years of customer service experience. She holds a multiline insurance license and has earned her CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) and CPIA (Certified Professional Insurance Agent) designations. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Central Arkansas. She was named the JGA Outstanding Customer Service Representative in 2010, and again in 2014. In January 2015, Natalie was promoted from Account Manager to Senior Underwriting Assistant, and then in September of 2015, she was promoted to Client Service Manager. Outside of work, Natalie enjoys spending time with her family.

Robert Sterling joined James Greene & Associates in 2021 and holds the Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) designation. He has a talent for making complex ideas easy to understand, helping clients see not only how their coverage works, but why it matters.
For Robert, insurance is ultimately about people. He strives to look beyond the numbers, paperwork, goals, and property to understand and serve the people behind them. He believes trust is the foundation of every successful relationship, and integrity is a value he carries into both his professional life and his faith.
Outside of work, Robert enjoys hunting and spending time with his wife and four sons.
