Jeff Brantly
CEO
Jeff graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and moved to Arkansas to accept a position with Entergy Corporation. During his years with Entergy Corp., Jeff held several positions which included managerial responsibility. In 1996, the agency founder, Jim Greene, asked Jeff to join James Greene & Associates as an agent. Jeff accepted the position. In the subsequent years, Jeff worked in customer service, information systems & technology, and finance and administration. In 2002, he assumed the position of agency president, and in September of 2015, he became Chief Executive Officer. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family and outdoor activities.

Kurt Hetherington
CIC, CRM, CPIA
President
Kurt started his career with James Greene & Associates in 1994. His first position was as an agent in western Tennessee. He also served in middle Tennessee and areas in Arkansas. Kurt was then promoted to Sales Manager. In 2008, he took the position of Vice President of Sales & Marketing, and then in July of 2015, Executive Vice-President. Most recently, he was promoted to President by the CEO, Jeff Brantly. He earned the CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) designation in 1997 and the CRM (Certified Risk Manager) designation in 2009. He has also earned the CPIA (Certified Professional Insurance Agent) designation from Professional Insurance Agents. Kurt is a past board member and president of Professional Insurance Agents of Arkansas (PIAAR). He currently serves on the board of the Arkansas Insurance Hall of Fame and the president of the Association of Christian Childcare Administrators. In 2013, he was the recipient of the Randy Henry Excellence in Service Award. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Kurt also received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Western Michigan University. When he is not working, Kurt enjoys spending time with his family, as well as watching and playing sports.

Vice President of Operations
Natalie came to James Greene & Associates in 2009 with over ten years of customer service experience. She holds a multiline insurance license and has earned her CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) and CPIA (Certified Professional Insurance Agent) designations. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Central Arkansas. She was named the JGA Outstanding Customer Service Representative in 2010, and again in 2014. In January 2015, Natalie was promoted from Account Manager to Senior Underwriting Assistant, and then in September of 2015, she was promoted to Client Service Manager. Outside of work, Natalie enjoys spending time with her family.

Our office staff operates from our corporate office in Sherwood, Arkansas. Our team of professionals posses extensive knowledge and training in the insurance business, affording us the competitive advantage in our industry. Most of our staff hold Property and Casualty insurance licenses with several holding CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) and CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) and CPIA (Certified Professional Insurance Agent) designations. Becky began her insurance career in 1989 and joined James Greene & Associates in 1993. Beth joined our James Greene & Associates family with a background in health insurance and 15 years of customer service experience. She holds a multiline insurance license and earned the CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation in 2017. When Beth isn't working, she enjoys spending time with her family and reading. She is also a licensed pilot who enjoys the opportunity to catch the view from the sky.

Connie joined our team in June of 2015 as an Account Representative. Connie received her Bachelor of Arts in English and Master of Education from Harding University in Searcy, AR. She has worked in the insurance industry for the past 21 years. She holds a multiline insurance license and is working toward her CISR (Certified Insurance Services Representative) designation. In her free time, Connie enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and photography.

Katie began working at James Greene & Associates in 2013. She graduated from College of the Ouachitas in 2003. Prior to joining James Greene & Associates, she worked as a Preschool Teacher. Katie was awarded the JGA Excellence in Service Award in 2016, and was promoted to Account Manager in 2017. Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.

Kelsey joined James Greene & Associates in May of 2017. She has a background in customer service and insurance. Kelsey graduated in 2014 from Arkansas Tech University in Russellville, AR with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She holds her multi-line insurance license as well as her Life & Health license. She is currently working toward her CISR designation. In her free time, Kelsey enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, and crafting.
