Our office staff operates from our corporate office in Sherwood, Arkansas. Our team of professionals posses extensive knowledge and training in the insurance business, affording us the competitive advantage in our industry. Most of our staff hold Property and Casualty insurance licenses with several holding CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) and CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) and CPIA (Certified Professional Insurance Agent) designations. In addition, we have CRE’s (Client Relationship Executives) who ensure healthy relationships between us and our clients. We are ready to serve you!

Allison Roberts, CISR
Senior Account Manager
Allison came to James Greene & Associates in 2011 with a retail management background. She has worked in several capacities at James Greene & Associates, including receptionist, claims associate, account representative and now Senior Account Manager. She holds a multiline insurance license and has earned the CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation. Allison was the recipient of the 2013 JGA Outstanding Customer Service Representative.

Becky Uptergrove, CISR
Senior Account Manager
Becky began her insurance career in 1989 and joined James Greene & Associates in 1993. She holds a multi-line insurance license and has earned the CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation. Becky has worked in different capacities over the years with the agency and was named the 2008 JGA Outstanding Customer Service Representative. Outside of the office, she enjoys serving in her church and spending time with her family and friends.

Beth Hahn, CISR
Receptionist
Beth joined our James Greene & Associates family with a background in health insurance and 15 years of customer service experience. She holds a multiline insurance license and earned the CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation in 2017. When Beth isn't working, she enjoys spending time with her family and reading. She is also a licensed pilot who enjoys the opportunity to catch the view from the sky.

Connie Hinson
Account Manager
Connie joined our team in June of 2015 as an Account Representative. Connie received her Bachelor of Arts in English and Master of Education from Harding University in Searcy, AR. She has worked in the insurance industry for the past 21 years. She holds a multiline insurance license and is working toward her CISR (Certified Insurance Services Representative) designation. In her free time, Connie enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and photography.

Katie Franklin, CISR
Account Manager
Katie began working at James Greene & Associates in 2013. She graduated from College of the Ouachitas in 2003. Prior to joining James Greene & Associates, she worked as a Preschool Teacher. Katie holds a multi-line insurance license and has acquired her CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation. Katie was awarded the JGA Excellence in Service Award in 2016, and was promoted to Account Manager in 2017. Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.

Kelsey Hepp
Account Representative
Kelsey joined James Greene & Associates in May of 2017. She has a background in customer service and insurance. Kelsey graduated in 2014 from Arkansas Tech University in Russellville, AR with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She holds her multi-line insurance license as well as her Life & Health license. She is currently working toward her CISR designation. In her free time, Kelsey enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, and crafting.
